STORYTELLING WITH PICTURES
PHOTOJOURNALISM
THE EDITING PROCESS
Editing your photos means adjusting brightness, colors, and sharpness, and removing imperfections to make your memories look their absolute best. I take pride in that process and what my photos look like after editing.

EDITING PHOTOS
WITH ADOBE LIGHTROOM
Using Adobe Lightroom for photo editing is a powerful way to enhance my photos. You can precisely adjust brightness, correct colors, sharpen details, and apply professional-grade effects. It’s a comprehensive tool that transforms my shots into stunning, polished images.
Captioning
Captioning my photos adds a personal touch by providing context or by sharing a story. When creating captions for the HCA Yearbook, I have to think of creative ways to communicate additional details behind the photo in a concise manner. Our Yearbook team uses the ABCD method which allows me to experiment with differnt combinations and find what best suits each picture I get to caption.
Camera & Video Equipment
Here is the equipment that I use whenever I am photographing or videoing events, landscapes, etc. Selecting the correct equipment is essential to providing a product I am proud of. For my primary photography I use the Canon, for video: the Nikon, and for short media: my phone in collaboration with my DJI Osmo. So many different options to choose from, but again, it depends on the assignment.
